The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially when it came to the breakfast menu. They took the time to address our concerns about vegetarian options, even providing us with the recipe and composition of certain dishes. I've never experienced such personalized service from a hotel restaurant before. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service.

We arrived early on a busy football weekend and the staff at Residence Inn were incredibly accommodating. They allowed us to use the breakfast dining area to eat our packed sandwiches and even let us leave our car parked while we went to the game. Our two-bedroom suite was immaculate with a working fireplace and comfortable beds. The breakfast the next morning was good and the employees were cheerful and professional. I highly recommend this hotel.

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and did everything they could to make us feel at home. The location was ideal, with easy access to Gettysburg and other attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. We also enjoyed the pool and the convenience of having a full kitchen in our room. we were very impressed and would definitely stay here again.
The only downside was that the couch with the pull-out bed was not very comfortable, as the pillows had sank into the couch.

The hotel facilities were excellent, from the fresh and pretty linens to the ample room size. The parking lot was well-lit, ensuring a safe and secure environment. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, with the engineer promptly fixing any issues. The pool was a great addition, and even though there was no whirlpool as advertised, it was still enjoyable. Additionally, being able to bring my dog along was a huge plus, and the hotel even provided a water bowl for furry guests.
Cannot find any fault.
