The customer service was excellent and made our stay enjoyable.
The room was profoundly dusty, setting off allergies. The one window let in almost no light, making the environment cramped and uncomfortable. The thermostat did not allow for a Fan mode, which left us suffocated by the stale, dusty air.

missingWrote a review on Jul 19spacious roomwell-equipped kitchenplush pillowscrowded poolnoisy door
The Queen Studio with Sofa Bed served us well during our trip. The layout made it easy to navigate, especially with three kids. The kitchen came fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, and all the cooking utensils we needed for meal prep. The bed felt plush, and the pillows offered just the right amount of support for a comfy night's sleep. We enjoyed breakfast each morning with a decent variety of choices, like scrambled eggs, bacon, and fruits. However, our first evening presented a hiccup. the pool area was crowded, so we had to wait a bit to get in, which was frustrating considering the long drive we had just completed. One night, the door to the bedroom was swollen, causing it to creak loudly whenever we opened or closed it, which disrupted our younger son's sleep. Despite these few inconveniences, the overall atmosphere remained pleasant, and we'd consider coming back for another stay if we found ourselves in the area.

missingWrote a review on Jul 08inviting patiowell-equipped kitchencozy escapestale air
The Queen Studio with Sofa Bed provided a cozy escape, featuring a well-equipped kitchen that allowed easy meal prep. The inviting patio offered a nice retreat for evenings, adding to the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel.
The room suffered from significant dust buildup, which triggered allergies and made breathing uncomfortable at times. Additionally, the lone window let in minimal natural light, creating a somewhat cramped feel. Regrettably, the thermostat lacked a Fan mode, exacerbating the stale air situation. Upon arrival, the indoor pool felt a bit oversubscribed, so access took longer than anticipated after our long drive.

We had a great time hanging out with friends. The gym was top-notch, and we even played some billiards in the game room. The hotel was super clean, and the staff was really welcoming. Christine made an awesome breakfast, and it was nice to see that they went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. I definitely recommend staying here!
The only downside was that the pool area was too crowded when we first arrived, and we had to wait a bit before we could get in, which was a bit disappointing after a long drive.

The beautiful hotel grounds offer a serene escape between shopping centers. The spacious room was highlighted by a well-equipped kitchen perfect for meal prep, and the inviting patio provided a relaxing atmosphere. However, the staff's responsiveness could be improved, as we faced longer than expected waits for assistance. Additionally, the indoor pool was quite crowded during the evening, limiting our swim time, and the noise from nearby residences was noticeable, detracting from our experience.
